Final Reflection

- The thing that stands out to me the most is how my idea changed over the semester. It started kind of vague and changed gradually into a very solid thing. That is what I will remeber the most because I have considered that if one day I have the resources I would love to build a gym like the one I have been describing this whole semester. I am most proud of myself for sticking through this class. I honestly thought this was going to be some easy credits but this class really pushed me out of my comfort zone.
-Honestly I do not see myself as an entrepreneur I think I have moved closer to that mindset but would not go as far as saying I am an entrepreneur.
- I would recommend that they get ready to feel awkward and just push through it and the class will be very easy if you can just step outside of your comfort zone.

  1. Hey Josh, right on about your business. Mine too was kind of bland. However, the more assignments we did, it really developed into a special one of a kind business. I think there were two assignments that set it over the top – which were the Venture Concept(s) and the Amazon Whisperer assignments. Believe it or not, the Amazon Whisperer assignment helped me think of a few innovation ideas for my business. You can check out my final reflection at the link below – if you’re interested of course!

  2. Hello Josh,

Yeah it is very true that a lot of being an entrepreneur, or a good one at least, is stepping out of your comfort zone and taking risks that most people would not normally take. It's really good that you realized you did not want to become an entrepreneur out of this class because it is better to know now than end up doing it for real later in life than being unpleased.

  3. Josh,

Loved the honesty! It's good to recognize your own faults and skills, and if you don't see yourself as an entrepreneur just yet, that's just as valuable of knowledge as thinking you are one. However, as we learned in class, being an entrepreneur is really just pushing yourself to make the best out of the situations you're placed in.
Good advice for the future students, and best of luck on the rest of your UF career! Hope you enjoyed the class.
